The main use is agricultural, mostly dry almond and pine forest.

Relleu is set in the centre of a valley surrounded by mountains such as Cabezon de Oro, 1,209 m, the Sierra de la Grana, 1,112 m, and the Sierra del Aguilar, at an altitude of 889 m.

The best way to reach Relleu is to leave from Villajoyosa and take the road that connects Sella with Orcheta, the CV-770.

Torre de la Vallonga. Declared a Site of Cultural Interest.
Ayuntamiento. It dates from the last century.
Old Town. The old town of the village, steep and narrow like the best Arab souks, is very well preserved and has architectural examples of notable interest. The Plaza of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is the centre of community life in Relleu and the axis of communications for the village.
Parish church of Santiago Apostol. It was erected in the seventeenth century on the old cemetery of the village, to be demolished at the end of the last century and finally rebuilt in 1931. Its bells are unique because they are the oldest in the whole province.
Ermita de San Alberto. It is on one of the heights near the old town. The ascent allows you to contemplate the best view of Relleu and much of its district.
Pantano de Relleu. Set at the far southeast of the municipal area and just before the district of Orcheta, it collects the waters of the Amadorio river. It is an eighteenth century vaulted arch construction, 30 metres high and 10 metres thick in the wall. The dam was built at the initiative of the inhabitants of Villajoyosa, who received in 1653 the document from King Felipe IV authorising its construction. Today this reservoir has no purpose as such. The setting is impressive due to the steepness of the narrow stretch the river forms.
The Patada de San Jaime. This is a footprint marked on the rock, whose origin is attributed to a supposed visit by the Apostle to the village.
Los Tollos. Small reservoirs or pools of water where you can dive in summer.
Iberian settlement of Pena roja.

"Virginia shows a genuine interest in you as a person, which helps her identify your needs and proactively suggest properties that are on the market. It was actually the first time a estate agent in Spain had approached us without us having requested a houseviewing ourselves. That's how we found our dream spot. Thank you, Virginia, for going that extra mile and for your continued dedication, even when things seemed difficult, which opened up new possibilities. I would recommend anyone to seek Virginia's help."
